Task Board quick access and persistence

When using chat there should be a button to open the Task Board quickly. The Task Board should remember your jobs and tasks across sessions so recent history is available after you close and reopen the app. There should also be a clear, discoverable control to purge archived tasks when you want to clean up old entries.
