Task and job state recovery

When connections drop or the IDE restarts there should be clearer state handling so users can understand and recover work. There should be an explicit 'interrupted' task state visible after connection issues, and improve job state recovery after IDE restarts so tasks show accurate, actionable status instead of disappearing or remaining ambiguous.
