Clarify README and docs

The README and product documentation should be revised to provide comprehensive feature descriptions and a clearer value proposition, and to explicitly document Monk's autonomous capabilities and integrations. Documentation should explain what autonomy does, how integrations work, include configuration and usage examples, and surface links or steps so users can quickly understand and adopt these capabilities.
