Can't run containers when DockerHub and Quay are down!

There is a major AWS outage happening right now - it affects DockerHub, Quay.io and other container and package registries. This means that nobody is able to deploy containers while this is happening! Many popular sites and services are affected directly or indirectly and they are down!

Idea: Could Monk provide mirrors for all container images and packages required by Monk integrations and templates? This way deployments done via Monk would be immune to such outages happening in the future.
