Automated CI/CD and hosting

There should be a tool that generates complete CI/CD configurations for GitHub Actions and CircleCI with automatic secrets management. Users should be able to authenticate and deploy to Vercel, and Monk should help choose and configure Netlify or Vercel for frontend apps so deployments are configured correctly for each platform.
